What are Notice Governments and How do They Function?

A fine of not more than one thousand ticals will be imposed on any person who gives property or other property to an unauthorised person. A person who is convicted of transferring property or other assets to an unauthorised individual could be penalized with a fine not more than 1,000 ticals. These notices are executed in accordance to the law of Bangladesh.

There are a variety of reasons the Bangladeshi notices government has issued these notices. First and foremost, there are many cases of land grabs. Some of the people don't respect the law of the land, and they take properties without legal authorization. This was stopped by the Bangladesh notice-making government. If they fail to comply the notice government may decide to impose a fine.
